I’ve just come off the back of a bit of a refeed as my progress had slowed down to a bit of a halt but back on it now until the end of the challenge

That a great point, people have to remember, everyone started somewhere. Those guys have given up years of time and dedication for where they are now. If someone expects to look like the in 3 months then it’s a disrespect to them. We all have started a journey or choosen the correct path and you never know where it will lead to
