Now for a little extra accountability, we will be hosting weekly challenges within this section.
Your goal this week is to complete your recommended step goal every day this week… rain or shine, it’s step time!
Each day, log on and share your total steps for the day… we will select one person at random to win a box of our brand new White Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Bars
Made sure I hit my min step target of 10k, even on the days I worked from home and didn’t leave the house seeing if I can push that to a min of 12k per day this week!
My downfall and where I struggle is my steps and my fluid intake! I aim to hit 8k and 2L a day because of health reasons I really struggle on this front but it’s all about consistency I suppose but I’m here for it and ready to show up! X
