Hey everyone. I’m Kirsty (@kirstywinter_fit) and I’ve joined the intermediate tier :heart_hands:t2: I joined TRANS4M because I’ve fallen a little off my routine over the past couple months and wanted something structured to help me reset, rebuild consistency and start the year strong.

My main goal over the next 12 weeks is to get back into consistent training, feel stronger and be a part of this community. Excited to get started

Hey guys I’m Casey :waving_hand:t4: I’ve joined the intermediate tier as I’m familiar with the gym and exercises but I havent trained properly for over a year. I wanted to join this challenge to hold myself accountable to my goal of losing weight and getting stronger. Looking forward to getting stuck in!

Hi all, I’m Craig.I’ve put myself in intermediate as I know what to do and was training for some of last year but haven’t done anything but a bit of running since last summer. I want to lose some fat whilst not losing my vastly depleted muscle so I’m not expecting drastic changes as I’m sticking to a middle ground but I’m using this challenge/community as a bit of accountability and motivation to get me off my ass and hopefully bring back some better MH too.

Hi all I’m andy,

I’ve tried dieting in the past and end up going backwards and forwards like a yoyo so hopefully starting this challenge will keep my On a straight path to my end goal of becoming a fitter and healthy me. Buzzing to see everyone’s transformations. Can’t wait to get started!

Sup!

I’m Kelby (often known as Angelo) and starting this challenge in the intermediate tier. My own self driven transformation took just over 600 days, so I’m excited to see how far I can go in 12 weeks.

I’m mainly focused on improving my VO2 max, body composition, and building more self reassurance with myself.

Hi All

Joined the challenge to hopefully give me the extra discipline to stick to a diet properly, tired of yo-yoing around with it for the past 12 months.

Been training a while and disciplined/ motivated enough to keep that up, just need to lay off the chocolate :joy:.

Good luck everyone, look forward to seeing everyone’s transformation.

Hi all,

I’m John,

I’ve joined the challenge to keep myself accountable and take the stress out of planning my own sessions. I’m a qualified PT, but my own strength/hypertrophy training has taken a back seat recently so decided the coach needs a coach.

Looking forward to the next 12 weeks.

Hi.

I’m Sam and I have joined the Intermediate group for a challenge and some added motivation to lose some of that festive fat (christmas dinner 4 days in a row has ruined me😂) and continue with some muscle growth💪

My goal is to look in my best shape that I have done for years before the deadline which also happens to coincide with an upcoming holiday in April.

So plenty of motivation.

Good luck!

Hey all

Excited to start this challenge to get me back on track after Xmas. My journey has always been one of skinny to strong :flexed_biceps:t3: but also need to lean out after the holidays, so I’d say a mixture of muscle building and fat loss is my current goal (it only let me select one)

I’m in the intermediate female group, Lucy looks like she knows her stuff :raising_hands:t3: let’s see what the next 12 weeks brings!

Good luck all!

Hi my name is Sam, I’ve joined the male intermediate group. I have a little experience in the gym but my huge weakness is my diet, I find it hard to stick to or maintain a decent diet that supports my goals so hoping I can come away with some great knowledge and tips to support me with this. My main goal is to gain some decent lean muscle. Looking forward to this journey, I know we’ll all do amazing :flexed_biceps: good luck everyone

Hi I’m Emma, I’m also in the Intermediate group as I’ve been weight training for just over a year but really want to push myself in 2026.

I smashed my 2025 goals but would like to lose a few kgs of fat whilst maintaining the muscle I’ve gained over the last 18 months.

Good luck to everyone joining the challenge!

I’m Mike, 38 from London.

I’ve joined this challenge in the beginner tier, and my goal is to drop weight and improve my fitness. I want to be fitter and healthier so I can keep up with my son when he starts running around, and to keep me fit for work!

Hello Everyone , Im Raj and have signed up in the Intermediate category.

I’ve trained on and off for years and have always had the same pattern - I’d train hard for a photoshoot or goal, get into great shape, then drift away from structure and consistency for long periods. Over the last 7 weeks I’ve got myself back into training, eating well and rebuilding discipline, and I’ve joined the challenge to give myself another level of accountability, a clear target to push towards, and something meaningful to work for. I want to finish this with results I can genuinely be proud of.

I’m also really looking forward to being part of a community where everyone is striving for the same thing and pushing each other to be better versions of ourselves, building connections, and hopefully even forming some long-term friendships and training partnerships along the way.

My 12-week goal:

To build a bigger, leaner, stronger physique, adding visible muscle while staying tight and disciplined and to finish the 12 weeks in the best shape I’ve been in for years.

Hi everyone! I’m Rachel, Intermediate tier. I have 2 children and a husband, and I’ve always prioritised their schedules over my own. I have plenty gym and training experience- but can easily go months without lifting weights or exercising. I joined TRANS4M to feel like myself again and reclaim my life. Over the next 12 weeks, my goal is to push past my comfort zones, prioritise myself for a change, challenge myself, and grow stronger—both physically and mentally. I’m excited to support and cheer on all of you along the way! :flexed_biceps:
