You’re all very inspiring. I didn’t enter this to even think about the competition, I entered to give myself a bit of a motivation, a kick up the backside. Maybe even find some accountability.

I should visit this thread daily to remind myself of the brilliant people making significant changes to be a better version of themselves .

Well done to you all, I’m excited to see where we all end up in another 6 weeks!

Getting into a strong routine helped me when spending long periods away. It gives you something else to think about rather than worrying about family at home all the time. For me it also made the time away seem quicker, as was always focusing on the next progression. Be that faster on a CV based exercise or moving up on the weights. Good to see you are smashing it whilst you’re away.
