Progress so far 😁

So I have been really deflated last week or so because the scales are not budging and have not budged since the start! I’m being super strict with my diet going gym 4 days a week and even doing 30 mins cardio 7 days a week, but the win was clothes are fitting different so I decided to ignore the scales and do a check in photo, well one thing for sure is there is definitely changes I just need to keep going :grin: anyone else having this issue with weight staying the same? (Left first check in, right today!)

My weight hasn’t budged either but I’m definitely noticing a difference! You’re doing great!

Sometimes it’s different for women so don’t listen to the scales all the times as you can see you’ve made progress! Well done :oncoming_fist:t3:

Starting to see a difference now… I was in a building phase up until last week so felt like I was a bit behind… but I’m excited to see the the progress with the next 8 weeks of cutting.

(Ignore the face…. I take my photos before I get ready for work at 4am :face_with_spiral_eyes: so always have the fresh out of bed look on my photos)

My partner said this, I’m just in body recomp and muscle is heavier :grin:

I live by muscle weighs more than fat, shame its hidden under a layer of fat :sleepy_face:

Keep going mate, best fat burner I can suggest is water, working for fatty like me :joy:

I hate water :rofl: but needs must I used to live on just tea I’m now up to almost 3L a day :grin: it’s the little things :grin: night shifts make things hard sometimes tho!

Nice, swap it to herbal teas and see the magic happen

If you haven’t tried it already you need to give the hydrate by per4m a go, helps me drink 3L a day with how nice it is!

I agree Bradley, I use it in the morning, only problems is I can’t keep adding too much electrolytes either.
