Impressed myself with the past 2 days getting 4.2 and 4.3L of water in - as someone who never drank a lot and maybe having 3 coffees to now having no coffee and just water I’m feeling so much better! Here’s to the weekend and another strong hydration week! Have a good weekend all

Its mainly breaking habits, if your drinking decaf then its not the caffine your craving. Keep pushing yourself if its a swap you want to make and it will become your new normal over coffee ![]()
