I definitely want to drink more plain water. I think I just prefer something warmer to drink especially during the winter. But I will drink the sups so I don’t know if I’m just craving flavour :joy: would definitely like to drink less coffee. I’ve been drinking decaf for over 6 months now in a bid to reduce my caffeine intake which has actually helped but plain water been shocking. Yesterday I drank my usual coffee, then celebrated a birthday with 2 zero sprites and a no sugar ice blast and when I got home I drank 2 glasses of water late as much has been dehydrated :woman_facepalming:t3: not a good day for hydration for me yesterday! :poop:

Ever tried dr I king hot or warm water? I drink mugs of hot water x

Forgot to turn my heating down over night and woke up super thirty :hot_face:

so im already 2 pints of water down ill be havin g my 1500ml bottle with hydrate later at the gym :woman_lifting_weights:

Drinking well into my 3.5 litre target.

Not a big fan of the hydrate, highly recommend passion fruit eaa for that intra workout help

These are PERFECT for me when i’m down route with work! Not letting being away from home stopping me from getting to goals :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: and it tastes soooo good ! :heart_eyes:

Protein hot choc hydration

I am loving a nighttime drink of 50/50 Per4m whey mochaccino and casein (unflavoured) with a dash of cocoa powder and scoop of reishi mushroom powder. I mix it up with a stick blender and some tepid water then top up with hot water.

It gives me a hydrating, protein loaded, nighttime hot choc mocha look forward to.

This is also amazing subbing Per4m whey mochaccino with Per4m Choc Brownie Batter isolate. Both variants give a lush froth.

Absolutely loving the pink lemonade hydrate at the min- adding it to 1L bottle of water each morning so it lasts longer!! :rofl:

Little less today, but on track for the week :white_check_mark: Feeling better and staying consistent :raising_hands:. Hope yall enjoying the journey!

Hydration week done, Saturday 4ltrs and today got down 3.4tlrs. Not so easy on rest day
