I definitely want to drink more plain water. I think I just prefer something warmer to drink especially during the winter. But I will drink the sups so I don’t know if I’m just craving flavour
would definitely like to drink less coffee. I’ve been drinking decaf for over 6 months now in a bid to reduce my caffeine intake which has actually helped but plain water been shocking. Yesterday I drank my usual coffee, then celebrated a birthday with 2 zero sprites and a no sugar ice blast and when I got home I drank 2 glasses of water late as much has been dehydrated

Protein hot choc hydration
I am loving a nighttime drink of 50/50 Per4m whey mochaccino and casein (unflavoured) with a dash of cocoa powder and scoop of reishi mushroom powder. I mix it up with a stick blender and some tepid water then top up with hot water.
It gives me a hydrating, protein loaded, nighttime hot choc mocha look forward to.
This is also amazing subbing Per4m whey mochaccino with Per4m Choc Brownie Batter isolate. Both variants give a lush froth.
Absolutely loving the pink lemonade hydrate at the min- adding it to 1L bottle of water each morning so it lasts longer!! ![]()
