Your challenge this week is to drink 2-3L water every day, and comment your daily water intake each day in this thread!
How Much Water Should You Drink?
A simple guideline that works really well is: 30–35 mL per kg of bodyweight per day
Example:
If you weigh 70kg, that’s roughly 2.1–2.4L per day.
To support hydration properly, especially if you’re training hard or getting your steps in, we recommend adding electrolytes, such as Per4m Hydrate for daily electrolytes or Hydrate Shots for on-the-go convenience.
We will select a random winner at the end of the week to win a free tub of our NEW Hydrate flavour - Cherry Fizz!
Having a full one of these everyday with hydrate, also have a litre of water with eaas in every day. Plus greens, protein shakes & creatine, I think I probably consume nearly 4litres daily
So far had Cherry Fix Pre Workout with Creatine and Glycersize mix for a 4am gym session, Cookie Dough Protein double shot for breakfast, Raspberry Cherry Hydrate, followed by an Amino Burn and when i got home a EAA. All in 500ml servings to make my countings easier, so 2.5 in so far with 1.7 bottle to finish this afternoon and evening with a little Coconut Watermelon to help it go down. Total today 4.2ltrs
