Your challenge this week is to drink 2-3L water every day, and comment your daily water intake each day in this thread!

How Much Water Should You Drink?
A simple guideline that works really well is:
30–35 mL per kg of bodyweight per day
Example:
If you weigh 70kg, that’s roughly 2.1–2.4L per day.

To support hydration properly, especially if you’re training hard or getting your steps in, we recommend adding electrolytes, such as Per4m Hydrate for daily electrolytes or Hydrate Shots for on-the-go convenience.

This bottle is like a limb now haha

filled with the peach ring hydration is legit making water intake so easy

I do have the cherry/raspberry on order the cherry one does sound good though!

Definitely need to hydrate when the preworkout makes me sweat this much :melting_face::see_no_evil_monkey:

The water bottle goes everywhere with me too :joy: usually have the peach rings during the workouts then back on to plain ole water for the rest of the day

Having a full one of these everyday with hydrate, also have a litre of water with eaas in every day​:flexed_biceps:t3:. Plus greens, protein shakes & creatine, I think I probably consume nearly 4litres daily :woozy_face:

Didnt think peach rings could be topped but cherry/raspberry definitely is a contender doing the old lick finger taste test reminds me of a double dip

Yes! This is a challenge I can smash! Everyone thinks I’m mad carrying my bottle sometimes two everywhere :joy:

So far had Cherry Fix Pre Workout with Creatine and Glycersize mix for a 4am gym session, Cookie Dough Protein double shot for breakfast, Raspberry Cherry Hydrate, followed by an Amino Burn and when i got home a EAA. All in 500ml servings to make my countings easier, so 2.5 in so far with 1.7 bottle to finish this afternoon and evening with a little Coconut Watermelon to help it go down. Total today 4.2ltrs

Target is 4.06ltrs

my current daily go to when at the gym!

hit at least 2-4L daily. My only issue is whilst doing my work out I drink nearly 2L in the gym, end up spending half of my time at the toilet :face_with_peeking_eye::rofl:

Does anyone else feel like it’s so much easier to drink water from this bottle than any other bottle :joy:
