I eat exactly the same things every day because I’m a creature of habit but have been hitting 150g every day throughout the challenge, wouldn’t be without my Per4m Whey though, been having carrot cake in my oats and recently tried the limited edition egg’splosion flavour feels like such a sweet treat! Have also been enjoying egg white pancakes which sound gross but the new Per4m flavour powder and syrups make all the difference
Definitely a big fan of an egg white pancake topped with greek yoghurt, cinnamon and zero cal syrup. This works out at about 70g of my daily protein intake for less than 400 calories
Protein pancakes have been my go to for a sweet treat that’s filling. 20g protein on their own but been tying out different flavoured protein powders and a little hot water to make a sauce for an extra 10g of protein!
Also bought the protein crunchies to go with my banana Greek yogurt- felt like I was having one of those müller corners 250g of yoghurt and 10g of crunchies for 22g protein and 200cals
It’s nice- really sweet, I bought it originally for the ninja creami to make ice cream, but have only made ice cream once with it it’s definitely good as a paste/sauce x
Almost smashed my protein today just need to tweak my carb intake a little bit then my days this week are perfect ish
This is my breakfast I call it pancake bowl blend all the bits together in a big bowl microwave for 2 mins stir up and microwave again 1 min then you get a big whey pancake top with BLOOBS and some zero cal syrup and bam PANCAKE BOWL
