WEEK 5 CHALLENGE: STAY HYDRATED đź’¦ (10th-16th)

This week we are challenging you to keep yourself hydrated!

When having a busy lifestyle, it can be difficult to ensure that you are staying hydrated at all times. This week we want to make sure that this isn’t an issue, so our challenge to you is to ensure that you are drinking at least 2 litres of water each day!

Make sure to share a daily story or social media post showing your daily Hydration using #TransformWithPer4m and tagging us @per4mbetter, or let us know in the forum if you hit 2L each day!

Stay hydrated and get my 2-3 litres of water in daily, through mixing with Per4m Whey protein, hitting 2 birds with 1 stone.

Take this gallon beast to work with me everyday. Probably averaging 5 litres minimum day… yes I go to the toilet alot :joy:

Should be an easy challenge this week :sweat_drops: I try to drink most of this bottle everyday, plus an extra 1-2 litres in the gym :muscle:

Easy work, I drink on average 3-4L a day. Never less than 3. :droplet:
Always use per4m hydrate in at least 1l of that!

When you don’t have time to go home after the gym might as well take a rucksack :sweat_smile: also are we including supps (pre) and protein shakes in the hydration count as I’ve always classed these as “food” and haven’t but if others are I can add 950ml on to my total yesterday :person_tipping_hand::joy:

I used to be like this and find the more you drink the more you reach for it and want it and I feel everything improved my skin , how I felt and the big one for me was less headaches :smiling_face:

Morning starts with 500ml pre work out, then 500ml double scoop of Meal Replacement or Whey, then 500ml Hyrdrate, 500ml Amino, 500ml EAA. Thats at least at my basic water in. Then when I get home i use my big green bottle and get down another 1500ml with snacks and dinner. #AustinPowersManOfMystery

So far this week
Monday 4.5 litres
Tuesday 4.5 litres

Some say I may have a spending problem, I just want a option of flavours.
