1.7L this evening before and during gym with cherry pre work out, creatine, Pineapple hydrate and passion fruit eaa. 1.2L thermos of coffee (1 tsp of caffeinated, 2tsp of decaf) with 200ml of milk. Is this considered water intake since it is mostly water? :thinking:

Had nearly 4.5L yesterday. First 1.5L done already today after my leg session this morning and onto my second bottle for the day

3050ml yesterday going for more today actually trying my hydration supplement - got the fizzy cola bottles as everything else I go for normally is fruit flavoured

Well yesterday was an absolute chore. Couldn’t get into the gym to de-hydrate, so then having to hydrate with 4.2 litres of water has hard going. But usual Per4ms. Started with a Pre Work, no need for coffee, double shot of Per4m Salted Caramel YUM, Citrus Burst Hydrate, then EAA and Amino Acid, totalling my morning 2.5, then finished off at home with Watermelon and Coconut Hydrate for 1.7ltrs

EAAs down now on to hydrate this afternoon :wink:

So… Pineapple Rings hydrate tastes amazing, as does Coconut. And a 50/50 mix makes an incredible Pina Colada :slight_smile:

didn’t get around to posting yesterday done 3.2l I’ve already done 2.5l today :heart_hands:

Fluids done for the day, now time for a walk to close the steps.

Finally hit the 3.5l today, been a real struggle today for hydration and steps but perseverance and blind stubbornness got me there :joy: day three :white_check_mark:

1.5L of decaf coffee & 1.5L of hydrate, creatine & eaa and 200ml with pre work out. Can’t seem to drink any plain water at the moment :weary_face:

ALSO… I have 2 of the black per4m water bottles and they both leak :weary_face: I’m seeing many of you have the white ones… any leaking from those? :thinking:
