I’m a little bit on the smaller side, so I find 1.5L to be a good target for me. At the moment that’s 400-500ml of Hydrate followed by a 1L bottle of diet tonic (I have a slight addition) or squash.

The raspberry cherry that I got with the bundle is defo the new fave, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the cherry fizz beats it to the top spot as it’s my go-to for all the other products! :trophy:

Ending the day just over 4L. Bottle and shaker all set up ready to go again in the morning

I manage 2L everyday but I put electrolytes and creatine in my 2L, drinking enough fluids had been a hard point for me but I have made it a routine rather than just drinking when I’m thirsty that’s helped me stay on track :heart: my bottle is definitely helping too!

2L in so far today from morning coffee, pre work out (fizzy cherry is insanely good!), pineapple rings hydrate and creatine, and passion fruit eaa during work out which absolutely tastes like p*rnstar martini :drooling_face: I feel like I should be drinking more especially with 40min stair master post workout but I do find it hard. Hate the feeling of needing to go to toilet all the time especially working outside for a living and not always having access to a toilet! Any tips appreciated :raising_hands:t2:

Daily water intake I obliterate it daily , I have a 2.2ltr bottle and I drink usually around two , and sometimes more on warmer/hot days, I love the unflavoured hydration tbh and a little bit of cherries and berries diluting drink from
Morrisons :rofl:

Was just coming here to say I love this flavour. Need to try a few of the other ones.

Hit one of these beauties first thing in the morning on the way to the gym. :cup_with_straw:

Re-fill at the gym and warm up on the treadmill, top up and finish my workouts. Re fill on the way out, aim for 3,500-4,000 per day. :flexed_biceps:

I had 4L yesterday and aim for between 3-4l today too!

Greens, EAAS, hydrate & a protein shake, this is on top of a clear whey shake this morning 500ml of squash with creatine :wink:

In the office so it’s this one today, already had 700ml with the hydration this morning.

2l down so far!

I got lemon sherbet for starting the challenge and finished it at the weekend, so ordered another 3 flavours to see me through the challenge… The peach rings is delicious, not made my way on to the other 3 yet, but see a few of you have them!

Lemon sherbet was a solid 9/10 for me, easy to dissolve and not overly “salty” but felt hydrated after drinking!

3.5l done yesterday and just hit the 2l for today fo far! :flexed_biceps:t2: shame the per4m water bottle is already broken and leaking everywhere though :weary_face: Goodluck everyone for today!
