WEEK 3 CHALLENGE: 8 HOURS SLEEP (27th-2nd)

Well over the week I managed a just 7-7.5 hours sleep pretty common for me and what I’m used to but congrats to all who managed to get it :joy::joy::joy:

Well done for everyone in taking part to complete the challenge! It may have not off been the easiest for some but small steps towards something is better than not trying at all. Congratulations guys :orange_heart:
