Good week of adhering to my diet this week, but finally got struck down with the lurgy which I thought I might have dodged for the first time ever… silly me
so haven’t been able to train as much as I’d have liked still kept steps high and focused even more so on being dialled in with my diet.
Just got to do what you can when this happens and try to not let it get ontop of you!
Been hyper focused on consistency and I think it’s paid off . After seeing this I’m definitely gonna have my first cheat meal this week, message some of the mates I’ve been ignoring .
