Can but applaud you for a 4:30am gym session!! Do you take coffee or a pre for that?
What time do you go to bed if getting up that early?
Inspiring, as next time I am talking myself out of a 6am workout, I’ll think of you shaming me that you’ve already been and smashed it by 6am
4:30 gym session is the best and end up leaving when work colleagues come in at 6. Pre workout before hand really wakes you up then have the afternoon with the family, just end up falling asleep on the couch at about 8
