Walking is an incredible tool for weight loss (and overall health). You can either get yourself outside in the fresh air, which is great for wellbeing, or if it’s still a bit too dark and chilly outside to fit this into your daily routine, jump on the treadmill at the gym or use a walking pad.

After a long week of night shifts last week, hitting this 10k challenge this week. Played rugby on saturday after a few weeks off for xmas and weather, been to the gym this morning and off for a walk now. Good luck everyone.
Who would have thought? Because of this challenge, I’ve started taking walks during my lunch break instead of working. It’s already changing my day-to-day life!
