I’m 46 years (young ) and live in Hitchin in Hertfordshire. I work for a Design Agency in North London. I Started my fitness journey after finding out I had a fatty liver - I had to change my lifestyle choices because i want to be around for as long as possible for my 2 kids and take some strength into my later years.
