Week went really well, stuck to my diet and better than I thought, zero Meal Deals. Did slip Friday night with a proper Italian Pizza, over Dominoes, luckily the 6 year old ate most of it before I got back.
Going to make sure I walk the kids to school as much as I can even in the morning. Takes the same time to drive due to parking.
Week 1 is done slight weight drop managed to hit my sessions and get steps in finalised the training program and meal plan so expecting a larger weight drop next week bring on week 2
Week 1 went really well. I made some really smart choices rather than giving in too early!
Couldn’t hit step goal everyday due to hurting my toe 2 weeks ago but I made smart decisions around this.
My number 1 success is that I actually got up at 6AM 3 times this week for an early morning session before work. I think I prefer it as it sets me up for the day
Made some good changes this week and have really enjoyed feeling back on track. Managed to hit over 12k steps each day and got to the gym 6 times so feeling fab! Well done everyone keep up the good work
