A good week, met with the mind a few times telling me to sit down, don’t go to the gym…. But the heart prevailed over the head!

Was in a rut, for amazing how much the mindset has shifted to feeling more positive.

Really enjoying seeing everyone’s posts, really helping keeping me determined to push on.

Down 1.4kg in one week, hit my steps and calories and still feeling really motivated. Hope everyone has had a great week!

118kg down to 116.4kg

Week went really well, stuck to my diet and better than I thought, zero Meal Deals. Did slip Friday night with a proper Italian Pizza, over Dominoes, luckily the 6 year old ate most of it before I got back.

Going to make sure I walk the kids to school as much as I can even in the morning. Takes the same time to drive due to parking.

I found if you use iphone images it doesn’t like it. I had to change the picture to a .jpg

I log onto my computer, open the image, edit and save, mine then saved as a .jpg

Week 1 is done slight weight drop managed to hit my sessions and get steps in finalised the training program and meal plan so expecting a larger weight drop next week bring on week 2

Week 1 went really well. I made some really smart choices rather than giving in too early! :joy:

Couldn’t hit step goal everyday due to hurting my toe 2 weeks ago but I made smart decisions around this.

My number 1 success is that I actually got up at 6AM 3 times this week for an early morning session before work. I think I prefer it as it sets me up for the day

So nice reading everyone else’s successes :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Made some good changes this week and have really enjoyed feeling back on track. Managed to hit over 12k steps each day and got to the gym 6 times so feeling fab! Well done everyone keep up the good work :muscle:t4::heart_hands:

I used 2… hope that’s right lol.

I got confused having used week 1 to register but then the drop down list said it was “week 1” for today’s option

Yeah I used week 2 as well. It’s throwing my OCD out… they should heck had a “start” poster for the start photos.

I used week 1 just for pictures to follow on and fit with each check in
