Feeling proud of myself, considering I had less than 4 hours of sleep last night, I still managed a leg session and my steps, even if it did mean running on the spot in my kitchen for 10 minutes at 10.30pm :joy::joy:

Monday and Tuesday Done, although Tuesday was a little boring. Found out that walking up and down the garden 10 times in 250 steps. Couldn’t leave the house as had to look after little dudes.

Didnt make yesterdays steps, was in the tattooist all day so almost glad i got as many as i did. Scraped through today but did an hour on the bike to help raise awareness for an upcoming charity event in aid of parkinsons.
