Great challenge, rest day for me today so no “real” workout too share. However it’s been raining all day so got 90mins cardio done split into 2 sessions. 45 on the stair master :hot_face: then an easy 45 on the treadmill this afternoon.

Morning
My sessions this week are deloads so lower weights but higher reps so can still push to failure.
So I did strength training (push session today) and then finished off with 12mins on the stair climber.

I normally go to the gym at 04:30, but as I’m also adding the couch to 5k got to the gym at 4 today, so I can start work at 6
