Still not forgetting the importance of steps even though the challenge has been and gone. :heart: These challenges have encouraged habit stacking for me, and by sticking to what we work on each week im getting healthier and feeling better overall.

Just for fun, if your phone or fit tracker app shows you monthly totals, ask chat GPT to analyse your steps and tell you how far you have walked last month from UK places :rofl:

ive kept my steps up every day since this challenge pushing for more and more. When we did this week, i was getting 10k a day most days so started aiming for 12… as the weeks went on i pushed for 15k and most reacently, last week, i spent the week getting 20k every day. This has been my highest steps so far this year. But ive been above 27k most days this week so far :slight_smile:

Though this challenge has long passed, ive kept up the focus on steps and kept working on getting as much as I can.
