Lazy Sunday morning, almost time to start getting these steps in for the day!!!
Managed to smashed my 10k daily steps target everyday this week! Being intentional about getting outside for a walk, running upstairs instead of using the lift and parking at the back of the car park has paid off!

Yesterdays steps, today will be low as on a rest day & have the rugby on tv later, but have made it out for a run with the pooch today to get moving
