I’ve prepared my high protein Panna Cotta for tomorrow. It takes zero skill.
A packet of powdered zero sugar jelly prepared with 250ml of boiling water, I use the strawberry flavour, a 450g tub of 0% Fage, and a scoop of clear whey (I have Vimto flavour stuff, because I’m a 7 year old at heart). I’ll be trying it with some Per4m clear whey next.
40g oats, 20g walnuts, 15g chia seeds, 50g blueberries, 200ml almond milk , 10g honey, 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder mix it leave in the fridge overnight - ready for busy mornings. You may need to up the ingredients based on your macros
Sounds unreal- will defo try! I’m loving a simple & filling protein porridge at the min. 40g oats, milk, one scoop of the vanilla crème whey topped with whatever I fancy- banana & honey / chocolate chips and apple are becoming firm favourites! So filling and tasty!
