Cookie & cream baked oats perfect for busy days & the colder months, this is my winter go-to breakfast. It’s warming, nourishing, always makes me feel good & keeps me going
You will need:
40g oats
1/2 mashed banana
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbs 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 egg
1 scoop of protein powder
Extras for topping 1 Oreo
Combine all the ingredients,
mix well! Bake at 180 / Gas mark 4.
15 minutes for gooey sweetness
Or 20 minutes for more golden goodness
Definitely going to try this! I’ve recently swapped to pouring my protein shake over weetabix because I’d gone off the texture of oats! Didn’t see the jammy biscuit flavour powder which 100% I’ll be trying next
