My evening always has -

Greek Yogurt
Square dark chocolate
Peanut butter Per4m
Frozen fruit

This is my must have mmmmm!

We are obsessed with Smores powder in a creami! I honestly think the Ninja Creami is the best purchase we’ve made :joy:

What’s a smores powder? Is this for creating like a frozen smoothie?

It’s one of the new whey flavours, it’s honestly so good! Put that with milk in the freezer and then have it as a creami the next day, with a handful of crunchy nut flakes. So good :ok_hand:t2:

Mine has to be 5% mince, basmati rice, whole bag of iceberg lettuce to keep hunger down, topped with American mustard :yum:

This is the latest flavour of Whey we realised Ryan along with the cookie dough :raised_hands:

Great for ninja creami if you want something sweet but also can be used like you do with your other whey products!

I had an addiction to lettuce for a while …but I was sprinkling some Cajun seasoning on it and eating it :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Atm I’m enjoying bagel thins (129cals each)
And smoked bacon medallions (60cal per 2) and some light cheese spread for less than 500 cals I can have two bagels and 4 bacon medallions and 1 cheese triangle for my lunch at work

Just had second meal of the day it was 5% beef mince 150g with some taco seasoning, 100g cauliflower rice and 100g of purple sprouting broccoli

For snack I’ll be having 150g of 0% fat Greek yogurt with 15g of cookie dough powder and 10g of chia seeds
Would recommend trying the yogurt chia seeds are optional

Evening meals as such would usually be:

200/250g chicken or any meat source of your choice. Sometimes steak! With a lot of veggies and I’d I need carbs, some potato’s, usually at most 150g!

For deserts Cookie dough protein powder or birthday cake for my Ninja Creami! 100g Greek yogurt (I have lactose free), 100g/ml of milk (again, lactose free lol) and then add some water and the protein powder! Sugar cravings are gone :joy:
