I actually love the 0% Fage Greek yoghurt! I know a lot of people aren’t keen and prefer the ‘full fat’ one but I’ve got used to it and it’s my go to when trying to get more protein in the day
May try upping your meat intake, lean beef, chicken breast, fish, if your taking 100g may be try 150g or even double it. Just remember you kcals when doing this. Good luck
Hey Ryan - I advise selecting lean protein sources - lean meat is the easiest option - chicken breast being a popular choice - selecting lean meats will give you the best protein vs other macro ratios. if your diet doesnt allow for meat intake let me know and I will make some suggestions. Another alternative is the WHEY HYDRATE mixed with your water intake during the day
