I’ve not taken loads of pictures this whole challenge as I like to see the changes and find if I take them too regularly I end up feeling like there isn’t a change. Today with 2 weeks left I thought it was time to take some and to look back at my original uploads It’s actually exciting to see the changes.

Does the birthday cake have bits of sprinkles in it? I’ve always been put off incase there are wee bits in it x

Jesus isn’t the only one who can walk on water…

I have a 14 metre space to walk, 14m between my bridge wing doors. I’ve walked that 14m a total of 476 times, or 238 laps, I’m glad I don’t have to count it!

Another 10000 steps in the 10kg weight vest, done before 0600. Sat down with my Fizzy Peach Hydrate or whatever it’s called. The radar is pretty empty. It’s 28°c outside and the AC is struggling.

Sunday at sea is always an easier day, 8-10 hours work only. The sea is calm, it’s going to be a good day to get a lifting session in!

We have a couple of ports coming up this week, always a difficult time to get to the gym, but if I can find 30 minutes I can do something.

How does the peach hydrate taste? Might be my next one to try.

Wasn’t overly enamoured with it the first time I had it.

It’s grown on me though, it’s my daily choice rather than the Gummy Worms one. It’s definitely one I will buy again.

Reckon I’ll go for the Cola Bottles and Lemon Sherbert next.

The Fizzy Bubblegum Preworkout is alright, it is very blue! I’ll try the Cherry Fizz one next time I order.

I’m about to have the Minty Chocolate Protein for my dinner, I really like it. Mixes well, tastes good, it’ll be my go to for taking to sea with me. Reliable, decent macros, and when I find something I like I tend to stick with it.

I’ve just got the Lemon sherbet electrolytes, it tastes exactly like the sweets to me.

Lemon sherbets are a favourite, so if it tests like the sweets that’s good enough for me!

Feeling the fittest I’ve felt since my teenage years!! I’m so grateful for me 11 weeks ago for making this decision to commit to trans4m with per4m, I truly feel incredible! Just shows that the transformation really isn’t just physical and how you look but fitness levels and also mentally how you feel :dizzy:
