This is what 3.2kg down looks like on me. Same outfit. 9 weeks apart. Cheeky flex. Been weight training for 2 years. Been over eating all my life :joy: my weight goes up and down. I actually had less body fat this time last year.

Insta tylamorningstar not a fitness page. Mostly heavy music :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Weight training is exactly what I used to call my over eating!

I may have gotten it slightly wrong it seems.

Oh Slipknot is my go to, the album Slipknot is just perfect for the gym for me. Followed by Iowa.

I’ve tried a mix of Ill Nino, SOAD, Spineshank, and nothing gets me hyped up quite like those early Slipknot albums.

Go for it. I love new music recommendations.

I use Amazon Music for downloading music.

The new Slipknot stuff just doesn’t hit the same, I think it’s just some of the intensity / rawness is gone. Maybe I’m not just giving it a fair bash.

It’s been a bit of a struggle lately.

I have had some long days working in the last couple of ports, 18 hour days. I’ve been getting really rather annoyed with some of the people on board.

There have been a couple of gym sessions, but I’ve been mentally drained.

We go again. Habits and consistency beat motivation.

6.5 weeks left on board.

I just really need to read this forum and be inspired by you all!

I got into the gym and had an ok session. Not brilliant. Not terrible. Just ok.

One thing I’ve been consistent with is my 10000 steps from 0400 with my 10kg weight vest. Every day at sea.

It’s time for a strong finish to this. And of course to carry on.

How are you getting on?

Sticky toffee is amazing.

I like the birthday cake one too its really nice and as its a more neutral flavour its good for having with things too so the flavours dont clash. I was excited to try apple strudel but glad I got a sachet to try first as I wasn’t that impressed deffo try get some of the sachets to try :slight_smile:

I mixed the Apple strudel into some Fage, it was incredible.

Sticky Toffee and Birthday Cake are both on the list to try.

I had 6 or 7 sachets, I can’t remember all the flavours unfortunately. They all went into Fage at some point and some were better than others. Popcorn was a bit meh. Mint chocolate is always a favourite of mine.

Think there was a lemon cheesecake one, and some chocolate mocchachino or something. I’m not a coffee drinker so it was wasted on me.

S’mores and Red Velvet were in there, both were decent.

I think that’s the 7 actually.

I’ll do an order before the end of the month and get an ear bashing from the Mrs!
