My PB for the week, mixed doubles at Hyrox Glasgow. 1 minute faster than my previous mixed doubles best!

Not gym related but this month is my best sleep average of the year so far and definitely feeling better for it ![]()
Feeling better then i have in a good while
really pushing with my resistance training, cardio and steps. Been pushing for 15k steps a day this week instead of 12k and so far hit it each day, even on work days. I aim for 40 mins of cardio on the excersise bike most days but done 60 mins the last 2 nights

Personal best for me this week was smashing this 400+kg leg press (for two reps) I wanted to see what my leg limit was and I found it lol
and to say I’m in a calorie deficit and feeling drained AF I can’t wait to see what I’ll push when I start building again and yes I did have my pal spotting but god knows what he would of done if I had got in trouble here lol ![]()

A Saturday core workout for me today - first time doing squats now I can at the new gym I joined and managed to get to 50kg on the final set. That’s for sure today’s PB.

I don’t have pics or video of Yoke and Farmers, but the top of my back says otherwise
Although my weight has gone up a little .2kg, I have felt amazing this week, pushing and pushing I can feel a massive change in my body and with a new challenge being set, all focus will be on that for the next 4 months

I finally hit a hip thrust PB of 140kg this week
I had been stuck for AGES so felt like a huge win!!! Well done everybody ![]()
Hit 140kgs on the leg press today and realised I could probably go heavier still ![]()
