When this challenge started I couldn’t do a single bar muscle-up. Over the last few weeks I focused on technique and building strength, and today my new PB is 5 in a row. Feeling proud and grateful for the progres ![]()

During this challenge I have been up, down and all over the place. At one point I stopped my deadlifts until I got kicked up the arse.
New PB start the week strong. 160kg with bar weight added

First rep was aimed for 2, but didn’t film the first rep so had to do another
