Been using the seated row and managed to increase the weight from still managing to progress with some lifts in this aggressive deficit. Which makes the process a lot better

So far this week I’ve managed to get 2 new PBs under my belt! Heavier lifts on the barbell bench press and pushed the weight on my last set of leg press today :flexed_biceps:t3:

We’ve already had nailing nutrition week… but as the weeks have gone on ive deffinatley started to get a grip of eating like an adult and not just snacking like a lazy teenager all day. Thats deffinatley my personal best today. Propper nutritious food :face_savoring_food:

My PB for the week and also my overall PB , full rack of 130kg pec Flys . Full set of 12. Happy and chuffed with it. Recoded the video for evidence. Looked like I was filming from a potato, I swear it’s 17 max pro :joy:.

Tomorrow I’m going for 3 sets of 42kg dumbbells on my flat bench, I’m confident I’ll get it :blush: that’ll be my best PB :grin:

This has been me!! My diet was convenience, literally whtever the kids wanted I ate too, and if I didn’t I just snacked l.

Now I’m consistently eating 3 nutritious meals a day, and not even fussed about snacks!! I did buy the per4m crunchies to add to my Greek yoghurt to have a snack :joy::joy:

Haha yeah the kids foods a hard one to dodge isn’t it i did the same snacked instead of having what they ate but wasn’t very healthy.

I’ve been quiet on here for a little while, great work from everyone. Amazing to see everyone’s progress. My PB isn’t from any of my lifts in the gym but it’s from having to buy the smallest waisted trousers I’ve needed since I was in high school and that was over 20 years ago :person_facepalming::joy:

Went for a 5K PB, but didn’t make it, will be a continuing challenge to get under 30mins. I have come close before, but needs to be smashed. Last night 5k @ 32m29s
Then this morning PB’s Leg Press at 440kg plates (Machine is 53kg) 500kg in plates is in sight

I have been challenged at work on 110kg for Bench so might have to double PB that for Saturday

No PBs in the gym this morning for me but a goal I’ve set today is to eat a more fulfilling lunch. Work was quiet yesterday which left me feeling hungrier and by dinner I didn’t want to cook or have much motivation - today will be better!! :flexed_biceps:t3:
