Been using the seated row and managed to increase the weight from still managing to progress with some lifts in this aggressive deficit. Which makes the process a lot better

So far this week Iāve managed to get 2 new PBs under my belt! Heavier lifts on the barbell bench press and pushed the weight on my last set of leg press today ![]()

Weāve already had nailing nutrition week⦠but as the weeks have gone on ive deffinatley started to get a grip of eating like an adult and not just snacking like a lazy teenager all day. Thats deffinatley my personal best today. Propper nutritious food ![]()

This has been me!! My diet was convenience, literally whtever the kids wanted I ate too, and if I didnāt I just snacked l.
Now Iām consistently eating 3 nutritious meals a day, and not even fussed about snacks!! I did buy the per4m crunchies to add to my Greek yoghurt to have a snack ![]()

Haha yeah the kids foods a hard one to dodge isnāt it i did the same snacked instead of having what they ate but wasnāt very healthy.

Iāve been quiet on here for a little while, great work from everyone. Amazing to see everyoneās progress. My PB isnāt from any of my lifts in the gym but itās from having to buy the smallest waisted trousers Iāve needed since I was in high school and that was over 20 years ago ![]()

Went for a 5K PB, but didnāt make it, will be a continuing challenge to get under 30mins. I have come close before, but needs to be smashed. Last night 5k @ 32m29s
Then this morning PBās Leg Press at 440kg plates (Machine is 53kg) 500kg in plates is in sight

My another PB for the week is my first every 25 mins on Stairmaster after workout and I actually enjoyed it.
No PBs in the gym this morning for me but a goal Iāve set today is to eat a more fulfilling lunch. Work was quiet yesterday which left me feeling hungrier and by dinner I didnāt want to cook or have much motivation - today will be better!! ![]()
