My current PB is 3x20kg aside front squats slowly trying to increase it with every leg day

not an easy exercise so very good effort ![]()
All of my upper pressing and pulling movements have started to take a little bit of a hit due to the aggressive cut however my legs seem to be getting stronger somehow. Have went from 4 plates per side on the 45 degree cybex leg press to 6 plates over the course of this challenge. Now working on maximum depth and control with this weight ![]()
I hit a new PB of 65kg on the hip thrust yesterday so super pleased with that
My squat, bench and RDLs have all gone up over the last week too so we’re heading in the right direction!

Driving to belgium on Thursday for a week so unfortunately im not allowed to send it for PRs as I can’t injure myself lol however my pb for this week is im still turning up each day/week

Building back up from injuring my lower back on good mornings , PB once was 90kg for 8 solid reps but built back up to 40kg for 12 today. Slow but steady ![]()

This week will be hard for me to get a PB, away with the Mrs for a breakaway. Workouts will be runs in the mornings and whatever the hotel gym has. Might even venture to the outdoor gym and carry out some dips and heaves. Dips had never been a strong point and now competing 15/3.
Breakfast oats/weetabixs are sorted for the week, all thanks to the sample packets.
My lying hamstring curls have gone from 27kg to 46kg which I am buzzing by!!
