Thank you, yer it’s pretty cool tbf. Only opened last year got a proper hardcore feel to it. We used to train at a generic 247 place so was super excited when they announced this place
Pushed hard this morning and got 5 new PB’s.
Some are new exercise just started with on this block but happy with the PB’s
Hope everyone else is smashing there own PB’s however big or small keep pushing
Leg day today and really pushed it and buzzing cause got 4 PB’s but two of them in my main goal exercises which are trap bar deadlift and barbell back squat.
Terrible sleep, kept waking up starving throughout the night. Definitely a willpower PB to not go snack But this morning I can 100% say this is the leanest I’ve ever been in my life, true PB in condition
2 PB’s today for upper body workout.
Really happy that got one PB in bench press. Really been struggling with form so the weight hasn’t increased but nailed it today.
Just looking back at how far I’ve come I’m really happy with the process so far.
