After injuring myself during COVID in 2020, and requiring shoulder surgery and more spinal surgery, I was unable to train for years, until around June last year.

I’ve just kept putting more and more weight on, so this really helped give me some sort of motivation.

I’ve gone from 87.1kg at the start, to 79.1kg, so I’m really pleased.

Hopefully I can now stick to this stuff, and maintain much more healthy habits.

Thank you! You dont really realise how much progress you’ve made looking in the mirror day to day because I thought I looked the same until I looked at the photos from 12 weeks ago to now :flexed_biceps:t2:

Been hyping myself up to post these over the past couple days so here we go :joy::see_no_evil_monkey:

Just over 10kg and very happy with the look :face_holding_back_tears:

This was my weight 7 years ago (before I started working at my current job which has been so stressful lol) but I know I’ve also packed on some muscle in that time so it’s been exciting to chip away and reveal the physique!

Well done to everyone for grinding!:star_struck: hasn’t been easy!

wasnt sure if straight out the sauna was cheating or not so i did both haha, had a good 12 weeks but had a mild operation mid way through so took 3 weeks off the gym to recover properly so could of been better I guess :heart_hands: hope everyones feeling good you’ve all smashed it!

I had a really bad mental health decline from nov-dec after being diagnosed with autism (aspergers) so I lost alot of weight and most of my muscle mass from not eating… i was on the weight gain and im up 8kg from the 12 weeks I think its really helped me keep consistant

I love how this challenge has pushed everyone, the after photos are brilliant!
I genuinely never saw myself as being overweight but comparing my 12 weeks I’m shocked at how inflamed and bloated I looked before!! Totally can see benefits of training and feeding my body better, and I’m going to keep pushing!
