Welcome to February

Good morning everyone and welcome to February!

hope you’re all here still smashing you goals and makings things happen, but we have officially made it into the next month meaning we are over 1/3rd of the way to where we all want to be!

Update from myself is weight is still coming in nicely, clothes defo feeling a lot looser around the chest and mid section, only downside is I’m going to have to look to get some smaller better fitting clothes hahah, 6.5kg down and hoping for another 5kg between now and the end of the challenge.

how are all you getting on? I know it hasn’t been the smoothest ride for me as I’ve fallen off the rails a few times (few drinks and maybe a doughnut or two!) but it’s about how you bounce back from that and as long as you still see the progress you need long term you can become the best version of yourself!

Keep it up community let’s spread positivity again, how are you all keeping up?

Smashing it mate - saw the progress pics too and you can see such a transformation well done!! :clap:t3: sounds like you have a good goal set, and one that is super achievable!

Don’t worry on falling off the rails, I’m sure we’ve all done it, I know I have! Birthday cakes and the odd over indulgent treat won’t hurt though! I’ve got a brunch on Friday and am already dreading the impact it’ll have :smiling_face_with_tear: but will get straight back to working hard and not letting it stick around too long 🏋🏻‍♂

Cheers brother appreciate the feedback :flexed_biceps: I always get worked up over these small meetings and going out on socials when I’m dialled in for my diet, but like you say it’s about how you recover from it one or two days over 3 months won’t define the whole process.

just need to keep at it and keep ourselves accountable long term you got this man :clap:t3:

So far so good for me, around 4kg down. Looking to drop a few more then update progress pics at the halfway point.

Just waiting for my next per4m delivery, loving the hydrate products as drinking fluids is usually a struggle for me.

Hi everyone.

Just checking - when’s the deadline for the after photo? Last week we got an email saying “Welcome to Week 5,” so I thought it was 29 March with 7 weeks left, but I saw an email today saying the photoshoot is 19 March and there are 6 weeks left?

must be a mistype. sunday is 19th april; 19th march is a thursday

Yeah I realised when i looked at the calendar that must be a mistake

I love the brownie batter, great as a shake and also works well in overnight oats.

Haven’t tried the cherry fizz hydrate yet.
