Well done everyone. Here’s my final transformation although I’m a few pounds heavier now after a few “refeeds” since Monday 
locked back in now 
congratulations to all, especially my lovely woman @Charli710 who I seen work very hard towards this. Super proud to have been a part of this and it’s only just getting started.
