As ive just put in our forum im currently in the beginner weight loss with joey
Going really well im losing weight currently around the 6kg loss but can also start to see a physical change which is good
Atm im currently running a strength block which is kinda counter productive of weight loss so its a tough battle. I have 3 week left then going to swapcto a hypertrophy plan for the remainder
Goal is to keep the weight coming off and PR on bench/deadlift/squat
I’m in the beginners tier, lost 8lbs so far! Did lose over 100lbs in 2025! Biggest win for me so far is sticking to the gym 3x a week and starting c25k ready for my 10k run in April! Never run before in my life
Hi everyone, I’m in the intermediate tier, mainly focusing on cutting my body fat but still trying to build muscle so having a high protein intake.
Managed to drop from 92kg to 89kg in 2 weeks, weigh in day for week 3 is Tuesday so hopefully cut a bit more!
Seeing more definition now which I’m over the moon with. Mainly doing this as I’ve always wanted to get in shape but never had the dedication to do this! Going to the gym 5x a week and adding in at least 3 sessions of cardio when I can.
Hardest part is maintaing the diet and being strict when working 12hr shifts as a nurse
Been really pleased with the results so far, my biggest win was actually being able to stick to a routine and enjoy it which is something I’ve struggled with, consistency. I have unfortunately lost a week due to sickness, wasn’t able to train and consumed very little food (hated every second of it) so that did put me down a little but fighting fit again and back to it my goals for the next 8 weeks are to follow ash’s advice, push myself to keep seeing the success flood in and enjoy my new lifestyle my main goal is to be able to stick to a healthier lifestyle and finally have that consistency
hope everyone is just as motivated as when the first started and if you’re still here you should be proud to make it out of January and into Feb!
so far my progress has been really good! Looser fitting clothes, waist is definitely coming in and I’ve had to add new notches to my belt lol, only downside is I’m going to have to refresh my wardrobe as everything’s quickly becoming “oversized” but worse problems to have! Overall down 6.5kg since first weekend of Jan, it’s not all been smooth sailing but seeing a downwards trend.
