160g target achieved today and some how I’ve managed to keep my calories under 1600 with a 1599
all in all a successful day
Smashed my protein today carbs are low but this is purposeful trying to deplete my glycogen stores and start getting that stubborn fat off and excess water one ish week to go trying to do a mini peak week sort of lol
Hit the protein goal today but went over on my carbs - wasn’t helped by me breaking at lunch and having half a slice of tiger bread with my ham and egg salad
could be worse mind!
Cream of rice and white choc hazelnut egg white protien powder, topped with some dried strawberries. Protein and carbs to start the day and its lovely
Hey guys sorry just catching up with this challenge but here has been my protein consumption every day/week since the beginning of this challenge, a minimum of 200g every single day without fail with only the very first days to prior to the challenge starting bringing my daily average just a few grams below 200g for that first week, It’s been a protein packed few months and I can’t wait for everyone to share their final transformation!
Good end to the week kept on top of the protein all week even with going to a birthday party tonight. A massive slice of cake was tempting but I managed to resist ![]()
