Ended the day on 144g of protein yesterday :flexed_biceps:t2: target is 140g, finished the day with a ninja creami using 40g of per4m white chocolate whey :fire: unreallll!

today’s little food/snack hack today well every day lol

Yogurt whey

30 grams of whey mixed with some no fat Greek yogurt today I added some peanut butter to lift those fat macros up but this final meal is my day balancer/booster to get my macros where I want them

You know your heavily into a prep/cut when you have to take the BLOOBS and banana out ya diet :sob::sob::sob:

Also if anyone wants to try make a tasty no cook protein snack that keeps in the fridge, I highly recommend these peanut butter protein bars. Tried and tested and can confirm they are delicious!! I used my banana crème protein powder so they had a nice salty chocolate banana flavour

Was shattered last night so forgot to upload.

Next couple of weeks are absolute chaos as I’ve ripped out my kitchen and getting a new one installed so trying to navigate cooking without any hob or oven is becoming a nightmare :joy: so no protein pancakes for me till I’ve got the new one in :frowning:

Didn’t post yesterday as I dropped 35kg on bloody phone so yay :raising_hands: :roll_eyes::face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Didn’t quite hit my protein yesterday either :roll_eyes: but weight is still trending down and my recovery is still ok I’m absolutely shattered lol :joy: week 12 is hitting lol but we go on lol

Haven’t really got any food hacks today as I just eat the same similar stuff each day with one alternating meal so for my tea yesterday I had a Thai green curry with basmati rice 388kcal 34g protein 6g fat 50g carbs

I used to say this but I’ve found I like it now with things. I’ll drizzle it on apple or use it in these treats. With the dark chocolate and your favourite flavour protein it actually doesn’t taste anything like peanut butter! Especially with the sprinkle of sea salt on top! They keep for weeks too!!

I’m a creature of habit when I’m locked in. Literally eating the same meals day in day out with the rotation of snack, Greek yoghurt, per4m protein bar or per4m protein pancakes are my go to!

Anyone else not wanting the challenge to end??
