When I joined up for this challenge I had a few set backs and got a little demotivated from not been able to do anything that I used to be able to do.
I found out the problem was my blood pressure was high, every time I did something or pushed myself it my head felt like it was going to explode for days on days my body weight went up from feeling crap.
The point to this message is just don’t give up like I did for a few weeks do what you can do.
This journey journey isn’t easy mate, we are allowed the odd days where we question why we do it, what’s the point but then look back at where we come from and that it’s only a hurdle You’re still smashing it mate, true inspiration to the fitness community, well done dude
