WELCOME TO YOUR WEEK 12 CHALLENGE: KINDNESS & POSITIVITY
For your final challenge, we’re focusing on Community Kindness & Positivity!
Over the past 12 weeks, it’s been incredible to watch you uplift, support, and inspire each other. Let’s finish with the same energy — or even more!
Here’s how you can spread motivation in the final week: Post a daily motivational quote Share your biggest wins and celebrate each other’s success. Send a kind message or comment to someone who inspired you. Post one thing you’re proud of or grateful for.
A comment to one ? There’s a full team of people who have helped inspire me and I hope I’ve inspired them
, I’ve had a few friends and colleagues and had some
Message me via Facebook who I’ve inspired and it’s truly flattering to think this once old fat mess of 23.5st inspired people to follow suit , it’s honestly flattering having people follow and ask for guidance and advice another week
To go can’t wait to see every ones before and after shots
If you haven’t failed in fitness you haven’t tried hard enough
My biggest win will be when I started my weight lost journey which was back in January 2024.
Was in such a bad place with food (1st picture me at 15.7 stone) and having Constant problems and then when I struggled to look after my 3 kids I did something about it.
And now today I have way more energy and I’m the leanest I have ever been and it’s all down to consistency and hard work.
Now when people ask how I did it I’m glad to give them friendly advice on what they can do.
But this challenge has really pushed me hard to be the best version of me I can be.
Whenever I’m asked what’s the best thing about this challenge I always say the community support and the feeling that you’re not alone in your efforts. Sometimes that’s all you need to give it your all! My daughter gave me this plaque and I think it sums it up
So many motivational quotes out there but the one that has actually resonated with me the most and the one I think about when I don’t wanna do something like a top set on the Hack squat is “what if I just try”.
I’ve actually decided to “try” bodybuilding on stage for the first time and signed up for a show this weekend. They have a first timers category so I’ll be competing in the first timers classic bodybuilding. Pretty nervous cause there is so much to learn and I’m “coaching” myself, also high possibility I’ll be the only natural guy there so probably the smallest guy on stage . But what if I just try…
Any positivity would be appreciated for “peak week”
Also I might be covered in incredibly dark tan for the final check in . Any chance we could get the finish sign from the Per4m team to hold up so I can take pics to finish the challenge before the tan goes on
That is awesome. Good on you for trying something new but getting out of your comfort zone as well.
Look at this way just being in the competition you have beaten most people that want to be there but haven’t got the courage to do it.
You will smash it.
That’s brilliant! Every step out of our comfort zone is where we grow! I wish I’d done a show earlier than 60!! Best of luck & you’re already a winner
Feeling good hunger has kick in a lot these last few days.
How you feeling about your competition?
Yeah wonder what’s happening with final hold up.
Also got the 2 new flavours fried chicken & waffles and the pancakes, bacon and syrup flavour before they sold out. Thought its was an Aprils fool at first. So just interested it what it’s going to taste like.
The reviews are good so far.
