Hey guys!

How’s everyone’s challenge going so far?

Motivation is great when you have it, especially at the start of a challenge like now.

But ive found from past challenges that after a couple of weeks the tiredness/hunger hits and you find you’re dragging yourself to the gym more often than you’re feeling good about it and probably leaving effort in the tank.

I’ve started documenting my journey this time - I’m going to post a 1 min video every training session documenting the process to keep me motivated and keep me pushing to the MAX in the gym. If I dont, it’s all on camera :woman_shrugging:t3: :grimacing:

I’d LOVE to see everyone else’s journey documented and hopefully follow a few more people who do this for moral support and tips.

I’m by no means an influencer :rofl: it was really tough to do this and get out of my comfort zone - especially doing a voiceover as someone who’s always hated the sound of my own voice, and there will probably be a lot of people I know taking the p*ss :rofl:

Good morning everyone :raised_hands:

We know Wednesdays are a tough day to take on, it is called “Hump day” after all. So here is some motivation that will hopefully spur you on today!

When you feel like something is tough or you feel like quitting, it is always important to remember the reason why you are doing it.

If you have reached that point during this challenge, we urge you to remember why you want to transform, whether it be to look healthier, feel better in yourself or just for the idea of pushing yourself to achieve a goal.

So, if you need a little boost throughout this transformation be sure to comment why you are transforming and use other people’s reasons as motivation for one another.

Love that we’re halfway, it makes me feel like we’ve done the hardest bit now which is starting and staying with it? And getting into better habits, which feel really good

Hardest bit is to get started and then being consistent. It should be easier now that days are lighter and weather is improving (!?) :crazy_face:
