Looking forward to the challenge. I’ve had a good week 1 and looking forward to seeing how much muscle I can add to my frame over the next 12 weeks
The most knowledge you will gain will be about yourself, by tracking and watching your body change you will learn what works for you and what doesnt! if you need any guidance let me know! BUT TRACK WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND WATCH THE PROGRESS YOU MAKE!
Consistency is going to be key here! Make sure you are logging everything you do, so you can track and progress. Aim to increase weights every week! or progressive overload - drop sets, slower reps, less rest time… Lets see how we can make this next week more of a challenge to keep your body FIRING!

Got to catch some of your webinar on the way home from work, some great advice about the steady cardio, I always find it hard when I get to a point where I can’t shift any more weight & like the idea of adding some steady cardio in. Will certainly be getting that in this time round. Would there be any where to catch up on the webinar in case I missed any thing ![]()

I think I’ll be missing the Q&A tonight due to other commitments, just wanted to say that I’m seeing some great results by adding on the steady state cardio to the ends of my sessions that you suggested last week so thanks for the tip!
