Hi everyone, I’m so fed up. 4 weeks ago my previously injured shoulder started to ache, it’s gradually gotten worse and is now frozen. I’m waiting for a cortisone injection, hopefully this week.

Try sticking to lower workouts & mild cardio let your upper rest & recover! If you’ve dropped your carbs I would personally up them to help recovery. Wishing you the best outcome ![]()

Very frustrating but try and focus on what you can do and not just what you cant, nutrition could be a good focus instead of movement that you are now limited with x

I’m still doing what I can, I’ve added pool time in too as my physio says that is the best way to exercise with injury. Just annoying more than anything ![]()
