Any pointers for meeting fat loss goals after having keyhole surgery on a knee?
Suddenly the ability to run and lift heavy for legs is going to be a no go which is going to be problematic with meeting these goals.

I feel bad no one has replied with any response, I’m a complete NOOOOOB with forums , I get lost and confused in here ha ha
How did you manage to get on with it , seen it’s been a couple weeks,
Its been a struggle.
I can get into the gym to lift weights but no cardio and cant lift much with legs just now.
Got to try and eat better to offset the fact I cant burn as many calories with cardio or compound movements.
Going to give it my best for this final 4 weeks and hope I can do enough to make a difference
Hey Samuel - Cardio wise anything that avoids impact on the knee - cross trainer is a good option - allows mobilisation of your knee joint without impact so can aid recovery! ApologiesI missed this bud!
