Happy check in day folks! I’ve had a great week and absolutely smashed it, down 2.3kg this week! Now I’m off to train my favourite - legs. Have a great Sunday all!

For me it’s confidence actually recording mysel without feeling like am an absolute plum , if the gyms busy I’m like …nope , but being 23.5st a few year back totally drained all my confidence, also the lack of knowledge of what to do recording and editing probably hinders me but I found a photo of me a in 22 when I was of a larger shape , is probably the one of few full body pictures I actually have but main things I’m on right path

Honestly mate I feel like an absolute tit walking round the gym with a camera but it’s one of those things you just have to do. Then you get used to it.
There are always those people who look but realistically I just tell myself they must be jealous and it makes me feel better
Actually really helps me to stop giving a toss what people think too, which I’ve spent too much of my life caring about!
