What is everyone’s routine looking like?

Here’s mine -
I absolutely love getting up early and getting my workout in before work.
03:30 alarm, in the gym for 04:30, stretching and weights followed by some steps on the treadmill. Home for 07:00. Breakfast then out to work.
I tend to then head out for more steps in the evening. Go to bed about 7-8pm.
Push, pull, legs, rest, repeat. Love it.

Amazing, keep smashing it :raised_hands:

Morning team! Hope everyone has a good day! I’ve just finished an epic pull session. I like to finish off my upper workouts with a 15min HIIT on the cross trainer. Such a great finisher!

Hi guys, looking for some advice. I’ve managed to get gastritis and feel really nauseous. Would really appreciate some advice on what is best to eat and how to manage this whilst I can’t be in the gym as normal.
Thanks
Chelsi

Hey Chelsi, that sucks imo if sick I think the best thing to do is rest up eat whatever doesn’t effect your symptoms (plain basic food e.g good ol’ chicken n rice) within reason and focus on getting yourself back to full health. The quicker you get your health and energy back to normal the quicker you can get back to smashing it :muscle:. Sometimes putting pressure on yourself to still diet or exercise when sick just keeps you sick for longer. Hope that helps and you feel better soon.

Bro science advice if you don’t improve, full fat coke has always done wonders for my stomach when I’ve had issues in the past. Something about being so bad for you it’s good for you :sweat_smile:

Oh yes!
Gym followed by Pilates :muscle::woman_in_lotus_position:t4:

Thank you lovely, really appreciate that! And I might need to try Coke if things don’t get better, I’m at my wit’s end :joy:

Awww so crap when this happens!

When I get sick like this I do the following:

rest up from the gym, eat good quality food as and when I’m hungry and try to get as many steps in as i can, even if it’s at a slower pace

Hope you feel better soon!
