Afternoon all, how are we all doing?

Hit my lowest weight of the challenge so far, almost 6kg down now. Will see how things shape up properly when I have my next full weigh in on the Inbody machine, hopefully the BF% will be down from last Monday.

GSN meal prep has really been a great one for keeping me in a calorie deficit.

Let’s keep pushing on now until the end of the challenge!

Bench was still a PR got upto 90kg for 2 reps

its quite frustrating as I am literally 15kg off 1000lb club is feel i had abit more in Bench but ill take the PB and be happy.

Added 100kg overall on my bench/squat/deadlift

Now this is some Friday inspo guys. I’ve absolutely loved this challenge and have felt so good. I’m 5kg down since the start but my mentality feels so different. I’ve been sober since the start and the change in me is huge. I was never a big drinker but investing in myself this year and turning down socials to drive my goals has been the best thing I’ve done :sparkles:

I’m absolutely loving this challenge!! I’m 9.2kg (1.4stone) down from 5th of January! I never take time for myself and always focused on my family and work. But have made small adjustments- better food choices, commitment to my training and cardio!

I forgot how much I loved the stairmaster to clear my head!

this challenge has definitely helped with keeping motivated, seeing everyone working hard and supporting each other! Glad I joined!!

Monster mate! I feel I had some more In the tank but I had a sensible PT jumping in on this where as id of just double scooped a preworkout and tried to send it lol

Thank mate, this was just a PR check more than anything so not sure i will increase before the competition finishes but def on right track, hopefully come summer can improve. My only thing is now I will cut down even more means I will loose some strength

This has to be the best idea yet, let’s you check the flavour’s out before commenting to the next tubs, just finished a tub of Cinnamon donut. Have Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jammy Biscuit on the way with some double chocolate syrup. What’s everyone’s favourite??? Already thinking of the next order​:face_with_peeking_eye::face_with_peeking_eye::joy::joy:

Ill be buying a few more tubs before it finishes definitely found a brand im sticking with

Protein is great, preworkout fantastic, hydrate is good

Currently working through chocolate browniexbatter and the vanilla is genuinely the nicest ive had
