So I thought I would share the love here at work. I work in a large delivery office and there about 6 other people that love going to the gym next door. I gave my free Energy Pot to a colleague as he was doing an afternoon workout. He proceeded with his workout using Per4m Energy and said it was amazing, made him really buzz, smashed everything, Energy had quite a strong taste, but felt a little irritable and didn’t go to sleep until 2:30am…turned out he double scooped

Love that - I bought some Apple Strudel Whey for our office (we also have a very fitness-focused demographic!) in the Autumn and managed to convert at least 5 people to Per4m from Bulk/Myprotein - once you’ve tried the good stuff you can never go back! :rofl:

Squat: 90kg > 150kg (+60)

Deadlift: 170kg > 200kg (+30)

Bench: 80kg

Need to either get a 105 bench which i dont think is there but that my goal :flexed_biceps:

Squat is my weakest of the three.

Once the weather improves I’ll be able to work on it more, the little movements of the ship make it a bit risky.

It’s definitely a goal for the future!

Well that certainly went to plan, managed to finish slightly earlier on the Tuesday and fitted in a little run round Southampton to close the steps for the day, up early on the the next day to get those steps closed for the day. Nice meal out with colleagues at a Tapas restaurant, a couple of alcohol free drinks. Luckily I wasn’t alone in this as a couple are doing dry February as January is a big month for them. Up early this morning to get the steps in as will be travelling back up north this afternoon. Will do a double session tomorrow of weights followed by CV and will be back right on track for the week.
