Afternoon everyone, been quiet this week due to working so much in charge of a busy cardiothoracic surgical ward!
Still been consistent with the gym but really feeling fatigued this week which is making it hard.
Majority of you are absolutely smashing it which is giving me a massive boost. Stayed static in weight this week which is fine but need to push for a slight shift next week ![]()

Spot on mate, was amazing in overnight and baked oats.
Still showing up though pal and thats half the battle my weight has stuck for a couple week now putting it down to heavy lifting will readjust and see what happens now im doing lighter weight training for next 5 week
Every couple of weeks I seem to hold onto the weight for a week, then get a sudden drop. Itās natural itās the body getting rid of some of the fat and being replaced with some water. I also get the same effect if working late or stress levels are higher than normal. You have down extremely well to keep at it this week, fitness used to be the first thing I let go when work was getting in the way.

Agreed! I mixed that into 125g of Fage and it was incredible.
Of the samples I had, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Apple Strudel, Smores were the best. I canāt remember what else I had.
Iāve got the 2kg pot of minty chocolate with me, and have been having a double scoop of that for dinner. Really good flavour that too.
My supplement cupboard on board really helps me survive the rubbish food, Iāve had gallbladder issues due to the amount of oil the cook uses, so these days I limit what I eat.
The next thing for me to try is the Per4m greens, Iāll be doing an order for when I return to the U.K. in May.
Will have to get that sample next, not sure if it will be too sweet. Just made some overnight itās with the Red Velvet one for the morning
My order came today too I got loads of the single serve sachets of flavours to try they are such a good idea before committing to a full tub x

Iāve also tried cereal milk, cookie dough and salted caramel and loved those. Not a fan of baklava, Dubai chocolate, sticky toffee.
